Profit argument of new site

Did I also tell ya that Sher is interested in getting a part-time job and has applied to the council and other places?? Work experience is obviously a down fall.... However all she needs is a chance.... She is just looking for a few hours a week... Like 10-15 hours.... She is really bored at home.... We have at least a few friends/family lined up for babysitting.... Which we could pay them a discount rate of course! So even if she earns £500 month... She can give like £150 in baby sitting costs and that is still £350 net gain which is a lot!!

If this DVD site takes off mate, I should be getting a lot, lot, lot, lot of visitors! I keep looking through Flippa, and sites getting around 1700 visitors seem capable of making like $100 in adsense each month..... Thus 10k visits should be $1k monthly and 100k monthly should be $10k monthly approx.

My life would be sooooo much better with some extra additional income....

I know I have it this time mate.... I also have keyword and link analysis down to a tee..... I just need some exact linking questions answered (which I will get by the time I have linked to all 3 of my sites and get results!!!). I still very much like the idea of having 1or 2 mega sites and then developing niche sites and selling them on.... Selling them on for like $700.... I mean if I identify the right keywords, and get the right amount of type of links... Sites should go top... On average if I can get one site to turn around like $60+ a month, means I can sell on for like $800 +..... So a nice £600 lump payment.... Nice!!!
